内容简介: In the midst of a transportation revolution, our world is witnessing remarkable changes led by technological advancements, data-driven initiatives, and a concerted effort to refine traffic management. Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) are leading this change, creating unprecedented opportunities to transform our transit experiences. This talk will center on the challenges that our current transportation systems encounter, specifically in terms of ensuring safety and enhancing mobility. Furthermore, I will examine how leveraging data-driven solutions can effectively mitigate these concerns, thereby optimizing the way we navigate and transit from one location to another.

演讲人简介： Shan Jiang received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Rutgers University—New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. His research lies in simulation, modeling and optimization of complex systems, with a focus on intelligent transportation systems, healthcare systems, and production systems. He is currently a Lead Data Scientist with Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain, New Jersey, USA, where he played a pivotal role in developing digital-twin-based automated solutions tailored for pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain management.
